Journaling sessions hosted by Compositions DesignWorks LLC are not conducted by licensed therapists or counselors, and therefore should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health treatment. Clients with underlying mental health issues are encouraged to seek guidance from qualified professionals. Compositions DesignWorks shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the use of our journaling services in lieu of therapy. By purchasing our products or participating in our sessions, clients acknowledge and accept these terms."

Products created by Compositions DesignWorks LLC combine techniques and inspiration from the coaching, therapeutic, creative and journal writing fields respectively. These products are not intended to replace professional therapy or serve as substitute for medical advice.

You may not make available or giveaway our products online. This includes, but is not limited to, making our tools, resources and/or products available in a private members’ area, using our resources for giveaway with newsletter sign-up, or using them as a bonus gift or paid add-on in some other product or marketing project.

Currency

All sales are billed in USD and, as required by law, billed for tax for all residents of the United States of America. Tax amount is determined by the state of Oklahoma. All goods sold within the USA will have .0933% sales tax added.

Refund Policy

Digital products — there are no returns when purchasing a digital download. Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final therefore no refunds, exchanges or cancellations can be offered. However, if there is an issue with your purchase, please contact me
physical products - buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned item. To receive a full refund the item must be returned in its original condition.
Sessions - buyer will receive a pro-rated refund
